Expanding on their highly exotic debut recording, Echoes From Mallorca, The Biel Ballester Trio blends the sound of gypsy jazz pioneered by Django Reinhardt with exquisite instrumentation uniquely their own.

Biel Ballester Trio perform a very unusual style of music, known as "Gypsy Jazz" or "Manouche Jazz". This jazz style is influenced less by American but more by European sounds than any other jazz styles around the world. Manouche jazz belongs to the gypsies from France and Central Europe, and its creator was the famous Belgian guitarist Django Reinhardt.

Majorcan guitarist Biel Ballester has contributed with his personal style in numerous concerts around Spain and Europe and has been a guest star in some of the most prestigious gypsy jazz bands including the Rosenberg Trio, The Robin Nolan Trio and Hot Club De Norvege.
